Aerosmith’s last-minute cancellation of their scheduled appearance at the ‘mtvICON: Metallica’ taping in early May reportedly had to do with manager Trudy Green insisting the network foot the bill for a private jet for the band, according an unnamed inside source cited by Hits Daily Double.
