AC/DC May Not Be Too Current – But It Still Rocks
Jim Farber of the New York Daily News writes, “At Roseland on Tuesday, AC/DC pounded through a sound it hasn’t tinkered with since the Ford administration. It’s a kind of heavy-metal haiku, with every riff, lyric and vocal conforming to the same rigid rules. Yet, just as Eskimos supposedly have a hundred words for snow, so AC/DC has found a thousand ways to make similarly concussive chords, screechy vocals and forced sexual metaphors seem continuously new.” The full article at nydailynews.com has since been removed or relocated.
