Slash’s Wife Perla Locked In The Bedroom

Slash checked in with his Facebook fans earlier today to relay news about his wife Perla. The Velvet Revolver guitarist writes:

My poor wife has been locked in the bedroom for hrs at our house. A locksmith had to climb in the window to let her out.

I was in the studio of course, unable to be of any assistance. Iiiii|; ),

I didn’t even know we had locks on the bedroom doors. U learn something new everyday.

Slash’s wife Perla Hudson wasn’t too happy with the Velvet Revolver guitarist over the weekend, since she was getting stood up on Valentine’ Day. Perla told her Twitter followers (@PerlaFHudson):

Corey Taylor Did Demos With Velvet Revolver, But It Didn’t Work Out

Corey Taylor breaks his silence on what really happened when it comes to the rumor he’d join Velvet Revolver. “I had a meeting with those guys,” the Slipknot/Stone Sour singer told Altitude TV. “We did some demos together and it just didn’t work for whatever reason. It was just really cool. It was just one of those things where I got to jam with legends. It was cool. I still know those guys. I still hang out with them. I’ve got nothing but respect.”

Slash commented on Michael Jackson while leaving Katsuya in Hollywood, California on Thursday (July 30). Asked what his greatest memory of the King of Pop was, the Velvet Revolver guitarist responded, “Just watching him work.” Slash, Perla and a female friend then made their way to Cinespace, where the couple made some controversial comments about DUIs. Matt Sorum’s Grammy Picks

Velvet Revolver drummer Matt Sorum offered his Grammy predictions on Wednesday night (February 4), suggesting Kings of Leon and Metallica deserve honors, as well as AC/DC, but he wasn't sure who was up for awards. As for a Scott Weiland replacement, Sorum said they have some people in mind, and they'll be announcing it likely in April with hopes to hit the road next summer. Watch the video below.
